2. Panel Registration:

In order to be eligible for our panel, you must meet the following criteria: you must be at least 18 years old and reside in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, Africa,  Asia, or South America.

By completing your registration, you are affirming and assuring that you meet these qualifications.

Members are restricted to having only one active account, and the creation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Each Membership Profile Account should only be accessed by the respective Member and must not be accessed by any other individual.

3. Opt Out:

Membership in the panel is entirely voluntary, and it is undertaken with complete consent.

Panel members have the liberty to conclude their membership at any moment, with no obligations or compulsory commitments to remain associated with Kaaya Research Limited.

If you decide to discontinue your panel membership, you can accomplish this by accessing our Dashboard and selecting the "Deactivate My Account" option.

4. Accurate and Honest Answers:

It is crucial that you furnish us with truthful and precise responses to our inquiries. As a member, you are responsible for providing accurate and honest information during the registration process, including a valid address, telephone number, and postal code. If the information you provide is found to be false, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or incomplete, or if Kaaya Research Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect any inaccuracies, Kaaya Research Limited retains the right to promptly terminate your panel membership and/or deny your present or future access to our Platform and Member Dashboard. As a result, any accrued reward balance you may have will be instantly revoked and terminate your panel membership and/or deny your present or future access to our Platform and Member Dashboard. 5. Kaaya Rewards:

Providing truthful and accurate responses to our inquiries is of utmost importance. As a member, it is your responsibility to furnish accurate and honest information during the registration process, which includes providing a valid address, telephone number, and postal code. If the information you provide is discovered to be false, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or incomplete, or if Kaaya Research Limited has reasonable grounds to suspect any inaccuracies, Kaaya Research Limited reserves the right to promptly terminate your panel membership and/or deny your current or future access to our Platform and Member Dashboard. Consequently, any accumulated reward balance you may have will be immediately forfeited.

6. Zero Tolerance towards Fraud and Abusive Behavior:

We have a strict policy against any type of abuse or fraudulent conduct on our platform. This encompasses abusive interactions and deceptive behaviors towards our services, which include but are not limited to activities like data manipulation, unauthorized access, impersonation, unauthorized solicitation, or any other malicious or dishonest actions.

Any member discovered to be engaged in such abusive or fraudulent activities will have their account terminated immediately and may potentially face legal consequences.
